When you create an account we store your name, email address, and the answers you submit in practice questions and mock exams. We also collect basic usage analytics (which topics you study, scores over time) so we can show you your progress and weak spots.
Your data is used only to run Capstone Coach — grading your answers, tracking your readiness, and sending you the weekly capstone question if you subscribe. We never sell your information to third parties.
The one-time $99 access fee is processed by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation of payment but we do not store your card details on our servers.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting support@thecapstonecoach.com.
